van Bark Consulting grew out of a desire to help high performing organizations and individuals move from one success plateau to another.

We recognize that this process can be compared to planting a vineyard. It takes good stock, fertile soil, the right amount of moisture, an experienced vintner, and a significant amount of patience. And even then, problems can occur that threaten the viability of the enterprise. Since 1998 our purpose and passion has been to partner with organizational leaders who have a vision for creating outstanding vineyards – and outstanding businesses!
