Change Management

Coaching is used to promote development and growth in individuals and teams through a focus on behavior change van Bark Consulting helps clients through the process of change with emphasis on both the individual and the organization. We support change as a natural process using a two sided approach – engaging the one, and managing the many. The needs and objectives of your organization determine your unique program design.

Engage the One

Individuals involved with and affected by change are supported with a process designed to help them navigate the new environment in their own unique way. A tailored process may include:

• Change Preference Assessments to help individuals and groups understand their preferences about change.


• ‘Thriving in Change’ Workshops to help teams develop a common understanding and way of communicating about change.


• Individualized Change Management Planning to address feelings and negative experiences at the beginning of the change process, and to maximize individual resilience.


• One-on-One Coaching to overcome obstacles and develop resilience.

Manage the Many

Every organization has its own way for getting things done. We work with change teams to ensure that all of the vital ingredients for success are included in your change initiative. Specific attention and support can be provided through:


• Management Roundtables to predict the expected impacts of change to the organization, assess structures, and set short-term goals for where we are and where we need to be.


• Change Management Planning with the change team to develop a tactical plan for implementing the change, including communication and support planning strategies.


• Implementation Management to connect plan to performance and identify areas where adjustment may be needed.
